The National Marketing Manager position is a shared role. Together, you will work to enhance positive public awareness of the Animal Justice Party and our relevance to voters’ values, resulting in strengthened public approval, a satisfied and energised membership base, increased donations, highly effective advocacy and ultimately, better performance at elections.
The National Marketing Manager is a volunteer, non-office bearer position that reports to the National Board (Board of Directors) of the Animal Justice Party.
The National Marketing Managers have the following responsibilities:
- Further develop and implement the national Brand and Marketing Strategy, Plan and Calendar
- Manage the national brand and marketing team and their activities
- Review and update marketing related guidelines, policies and processes and impact tracking and analysis
- Maintain the AJP brand and style guideline (general and election specific)
- Manage, monitor and contribute to activation of all our marketing channels (including but not limited to national website, social media, email, video, events, print materials)
- Maintain a central marketing resource library and manage the creation of new marketing assets
- Create national list-building strategies and community engagement and polling
- Provide advice and assistance to the Board, Working Groups and State Branches in election-specific and general brand and marketing related activities
