National Training Manager

The National Training Manager plays a critical role in driving the success and growth of the Animal Justice Party by leading the development, delivery, and evaluation of all learning, training, and development initiatives across the organisation.

In this role, you will design and implement capability-building strategies to empower our key volunteers, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to support the Party’s strategic goals - ultimately contributing to electoral success and lasting change for animals.

You will be responsible for promoting a culture of continuous learning, delivering high-quality training through multiple formats, and ensuring the ongoing effectiveness and alignment of training programs with the Party’s vision and values.
