Paid Role
Are you the administrative powerhouse we’re looking for?
We’re seeking an experienced and highly organised administrative professional to join the Animal Justice Party on a part-time, working-from-home basis.
As the National Assistant (Finance & Admin), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Administrative Manager and the Board of Directors to ensure the smooth functioning of operations at a national level. Your contribution will include approximately 60% financial administration and 40% general administration, including managing day-to-day office tasks, record-keeping, supporting account reconciliation and accounts payable, scheduling meetings, and maintaining databases/registers/policies.
About You
You are a passionate and dedicated individual who shares our commitment to animal welfare and is eager to make a positive impact. Bringing enthusiasm and energy to the role, you demonstrate a positive attitude and proactive approach. You are comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, always displaying professionalism and integrity.
You’re a lover of all things ‘admin’. With high-level organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail, you excel in providing consistent administrative support. You’re comfortable being a ‘go-to’ person, and are always working to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. Flexible in the face of evolving priorities, you’re a pro at effectively juggling tasks with competing priorities.
